Each of our steel carport kits, which can also serve as equipment storage or boat storage solutions, is made using specific tooling, dies, and metalwork equipment. As one of the best portable garage manufacturers and metal carport manufacturers, we have more than 20 sets of dies and tooling available to satisfy carport importers with customizable sizes for various needs, from small pop-up carports to large RV storage structures.
From plastic coating to our 3-layer zinc coating steel profiles, DELITE can meet a large array of requirements for portable car storage and outdoor storage needs. Improved rust resistance and weatherproofing are the reasons why our clients trust us with supply them with steel car shelter kits in coastal areas or polluted areas. Our products are designed to be weather-resistant and provide vehicle protection in various environments.
Steel Carport Frame Manufacturing
On all our portable car garage shelters and tarp garages, the portable garage covers are made from fabric (yarn) and polymers. Made from yarn spools and plastic pellets, portable shelter fabric layers are manufactured separately before they are fused together. We process the material to cut it to size, carry out seam work, silk printing, and packaging. All our temporary carport tarps are made to withstand harsh weather, unforgiving sunlight, and heavy rains, making them ideal for all-weather protection.
For each production lot of covers and outdoor fabric seamstresses work fast and well to manufacture robust portable carport tarps and shelter fabric. Zippers, eyelets, straps, etc. are secured to the canvas until its ends of service life.
We are one of the top versatile carports suppliers. We can handle fabrics from 90g to 400g. Most shelter tarps exported to Europe and the U.S.A are 185-400g (9oz to 14oz).
